1.1 Acceptance of Terms

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2.1 Service Features

• ✓Booking request submission system
• ✓Operator dashboard and management tools
• ✓QR code generation for TV-driven discovery
• ✓Analytics and reporting tools

3.1 Operator Accounts

Tour operators must create an account and receive approval before listing tours. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Guest Bookings

Travelers can book tours as guests without creating an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting booking requests.

4.1 Request-to-Book System

All bookings are submitted as requests. Bookings are only confirmed when the operator explicitly confirms them. Until confirmation, bookings are not guaranteed.

4.2 Payment Terms

During MVP Phase 1, all payments are made directly to tour operators at the tour location or on arrival. Vacation Channel Tours does not process payments or collect commissions in this phase.

4.3 Cancellations

Cancellation policies are set by individual tour operators and displayed on each tour listing. Please review the specific cancellation policy before booking.

5.1 Accurate Information

Operators must provide accurate, complete information about their tours, including pricing, duration, meeting points, and inclusions. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

5.2 Approval Requirements

All new operator accounts and tour listings require approval before going live. Updates to existing listings also require re-approval to maintain quality standards.

5.3 Professional Conduct

Operators must respond to booking requests promptly and maintain professional communication with travelers. Failure to provide confirmed services may result in account termination.

6.1 Booking Information

Travelers must provide accurate contact information and arrival details. Changes to booking details should be communicated directly with the tour operator.

6.2 Payment

Travelers must pay the agreed-upon amount directly to the tour operator as specified in the booking confirmation.

7.1 Operator Content

Operators retain ownership of their content but grant Vacation Channel Tours a license to display, market, and promote their tours on the platform.

7.2 Platform Content

All platform design, branding, and technology are owned by Vacation Channel Tours and protected by intellectual property laws.
